Activating an AVG Internet Security subscription

AVG Internet Security for Windows is a paid product that requires a subscription to use. After installing AVG Internet Security, you may need to manually activate your subscription.
Your chosen activation method:
1. Enter the activation code
2. Sign in to AVG Account
Enter activation code
After installing or upgrading to a paid AVG product, you may need to activate your subscription by entering a valid activation code (sometimes called a subscription code or license key) into the application.
1. open the application.
2. Menu ▸ Enter activation code.
3. Type or paste your activation code (including hyphens) into the text box, then click Enter.
4. If more than one product is associated with your activation code, ensure the products you want to use are selected, then click Activate & install.
The products you selected are installed and activated automatically.
After installing an AVG application, you need to open the user interface to access the features and settings.
1. open the application.
2. Select ☰ Menu ▸ Sign in. The web browser opens.
3. Check that the listed AVG Account is the one that contains your AVG Internet Security subscription, then click Yes, and continue. Alternatively, click Sign in as someone else.
4. Enter the credentials for the AVG Account that contains your AVG Internet Security subscription, then click Continue.
5. When prompted by web browser to re-open AVG Antivirus, click Open AVG Antivirus.
6. If more than one product is associated with your AVG Account, ensure the products you want to use are selected, then click Activate & install.
The products you selected are installed and activated automatically.
